The Annual First Church Farmer’s Market will be held on Sunday, September 10 during the Homecoming Picnic following worship.
Do you grow flowers or vegetables? Or do you buy local produce to make preserves, pesto, spaghetti sauce, or dried floral arrangements?
Our beloved Sally Malkasian organized a market where the bounty of our gardens (and area farms) could be showcased. Produce, baked goods, crafts…the possibilities are endless. Let’s honor her memory by making this year’s Farmer’s Market even bigger and raise more funds.
Apple pie, cherry cobbler, cranberry sauce, a basket of fresh apples, a bunch of fresh zinnias, or a center piece. Zucchini bread, pickles, fruit bars, cookies…getting hungry aren’t you?!?!?!
Please call the church office, 567-6287, if you have questions or if you are willing to help us celebrate the bounty of the season.
