Lenten Worship and Activities

Lent. A Season of Spiritual Preparation.

The season has come for introspection and rest, renewal and return as we move towards Holy Week in later April.

Ash Wednesday, March 6 at 7pm

We enter into Lent with a reflective Ash Wednesday Service. Join us for a light supper and worship, a time of gathering to hear our own stories of repentance, compassion and reconciliation and the receiving of ashes.

Sundays March 10, 17, 24, 31 and April 7 at 10 am

We explore passages about abundance and keeping watch, judgment and light in the darkness – with a special guest preacher on March17th talking to us about what it means to be a just peace church. (see box)
